We have an exciting opportunity for a passionate and caring individual to join our teams within Inclusion Recovery Hampshire, either as a Recovery Worker or Recovery Nurse working 30 hours per week.
In this role, you will utilize your expertise to provide high-quality care to your caseload of service users. This includes offering a range of interventions, care planning, assessments, and supporting service users through their treatment journey and recovery ambitions—from beginning to end.
Working as part of our dedicated, multi-disciplinary team alongside prescribers, you will offer health support via testing clinics for blood-borne viruses (BBVs), embracing the concept of recovery, and maintaining accurate records and documentation.
The vacancy is open to individuals with an understanding of substance use, treatment, and supporting people, and/or registered nurses.
You will be an integral part of a team, making a real difference in people’s lives and the wider communities we serve.
Recovery Worker (working 30 hours per week) at Inclusion Recovery Hampshire’s Winchester Service.
Everyone should feel comfortable getting the support they need for issues relating to drugs and alcohol. As a Recovery Worker, you will have a duty of care to those in need, providing high-quality, inclusive, and non-judgemental support. You will be motivated to help service users develop social networks and skills, guiding them towards reintegration into the wider community.
Inclusion, created in 2002, is part of the Specialist Services Care Group of Midlands Partnership NHS Foundation Trust (MPFT). We provide caring and effective services across England, including West Yorkshire, West Midlands, East Midlands, West Mercia, Thames Valley, Hampshire, Isle of Wight, and Thurrock, Essex. We support individuals, families, and communities affected by addiction, crime, mental health issues, or sexual health needs.
