Day to Day Duties:
Your duties as a Team Leader will be:
1. Supervised zone picking activities, ensuring team members adhere to correct procedures and achieve pick accuracy targets
2. Monitor and initiate the required service, maintenance and repair of equipment and the purchase of materials as required
3. Carry out personnel development and performance reviews and appraisals with staff
4. Cross training between departments to allow coverage of other sections in event of holidays, sickness or absence
5. Actively manage the team to ensure the efficient flow of products through the warehouse, achieve targets and ensure the full and efficient use of resources
