Salary: £28,000-£30,000 per annum (DOE)

The Role:
Carrying out hands-on' mechanical maintenance/ repairs on plant, processing equipment etc.
Diagnosing mechanical faults, identifying root causes, and implementing effective solutions to minimise operational disruption.
Supervising and performing high-risk maintenance tasks safely, including working at height, confined space, and electrical systems where relevant.
Maintaining accurate records of maintenance activities, calibration, and equipment history.
Implementing and contributing to maintenance Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) as required.
Identifying process improvements to enhance equipment reliability, performance, and operational efficiency.
