Your role with us:
The Financial Controller oversees various aspects of financial management, ensuring the integrity of financial processes and compliance with policies, financial standards and regulations. This role entails overseeing accounts payable, credit control, month-end processes, financial controls, audit processes, capex management, management reporting, financial reporting and business partnering central functions.
We are looking for people who have:
1. Accountancy Qualification.
2. Extensive experience in financial management and control.
3. Comprehensive knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting standards, and internal controls and evidence of maintaining this.
4. Excellent analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex financial data to support decision making.
5. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
6. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop high performing teams.
We are looking for people who are:
7. Proficient in financial modelling, budgeting and in forecasting techniques.
8. Effective communicators with ability to convey financial information clearly and persuasively to both internal and external stakeholders.
9. Strategic thinkers who can align financial objective with overall organisation goals
