In this SEN TA role, you will support students with a range of complex learning difficulties on a one-to-one and small group basis. You will help to deliver personalised learning, promote independence, and assist with therapeutic activities where appropriate. SEN Teaching Assistant Responsibilities: Support students with a variety of additional learning needs in a classroom setting. Help with personal care tasks where necessary, always maintaining dignity and respect. Collaborate with teachers, therapists, and other support staff to ensure consistent progress. SEN Teaching Assistant (SEN TA) Requirements: Previous experience supporting students with SEN in an educational or care setting. CACHE Level 2/3 or NVQ Level 2/3 in Childcare, Teaching Assistance, or Health & Social Care is desirable. A patient, caring, and enthusiastic attitude towards supporting vulnerable learners.
