Overview
As a Care Home Manager at HC-One, you’ll value kindness above all. You will take responsibility for the well-being of residents across Dementia, Nursing, Residential, and Specialist care homes, ensuring their emotional and social needs are met. You will lead, motivate, and mentor your team to ensure the smooth and efficient running of the care home, developing, implementing, and evaluating individualised care plans for each resident. You will monitor work areas and practices to ensure they are safe and conform to relevant standards, policies, and legislation, and you will promote residents’ independence, choice, dignity, and respect by delivering high standards of care and aiming for continuous improvement.
You will lead provision through effective leadership and home management, ensuring the best people are on-site to deliver an empathic service. Whether championing resident wellbeing, establishing a vision and development plan for the home, or carrying out quality assurance monitoring to exceed regulatory standards, you will approach your role with kindness at its core. HC-One is committed to an inclusive workforce and supporting colleagues to be their true selves.
