As we prepare for the launch of our brand-new spa, we're thrilled to begin offering luxurious Spa Treatments right here at our beautiful hotel. To support this exciting development, we are looking for qualified Spa Therapists to join our team and help shape our growing spa experience.
What we offer
£12.80 per hour plus 5% commission on all Treatments and Sales
Permanent, full-time contract (40hrs per week) OR Permanent, part-time contracts available, to be discussed
About the Role:
As a Spa Therapist, you'll play a key role in delivering exceptional beauty and wellness treatments while creating a memorable, relaxing experience for every guest. This is an exciting chance to be part of something new, with opportunities to grow as our spa offering expands.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide a variety of spa treatments, including facials, massages, manicures, pedicures, and body therapies.
• Consult with guests to understand their needs and recommend suitable treatments and products.
• Create a welcoming, tranquil, and professional environment in all spa and treatment areas.
• Maintain high standards of hygiene and cleanliness in all treatment rooms and spa facilities.
• Promote and upsell spa treatments, wellness packages, and retail products to enhance the guest experience.
• Follow all health and safety guidelines, including proper sanitation procedures and guest care protocols.
• Handle guest inquiries and offer information on treatments and wellness options.
• Assist with front-of-house and reception duties as required.
You must have the right to work in the UK to be eligible for this role. Documented evidence of eligibility will be required from all candidates prior to commencing employment.
