As part of our growing commitment to the development of Asset Management best practice, innovation embedded in the whole asset management life cycle, and the rising importance in the digitization of infrastructure; we are looking to find new talent to support our growing Asset Management and Asset Management Systems teams on some of our largest infrastructure programmes.
As one of the largest infrastructure consultancies worldwide, we work with our clients to deliver transformative projects, based on our focused whole life cycle approach to asset management. AtkinsRéalis supports clients to make more effective decisions, increase connectivity, and improve the visibility of assets and their data. Our Asset Management centre of excellence allows us to access global experts, enabling us to shape innovative solutions from enterprise asset management systems to Digital Twins.
We seek individuals demonstrating excellence in delivery, innovation, and a deep understanding of physical/digital technology. You will work collaboratively to lead key programmes and enable whole life asset management. You will champion asset managements value, applying your knowledge to identify and deliver physical, technical, and digital solutions that benefit the asset lifecycle.

Responsibilities:
Delivery focused -
* Proven ability to deliver user-focused solutions with tangible benefits and efficiencies.
* Experience managing multiple stakeholder requirements and projects.
* Commitment to continuous learning and industry engagement.
* Willingness to learn Agile methodologies for project delivery.
Technical -
* Ability to develop digital asset management strategies aligned with client needs.
* Understanding of ISO 55000 and the Institute of Asset Management standards.
* Experience in project management and advisory in asset management and engineering.
* Capability to support asset management maturity assessments and audits.
* Commercial acumen for opportunity identification and solution procurement.
* Experience integrating technology into organizational processes.
* Knowledge of digital engineering tools and risk management practices.
