Duties:
Conduct diagnostics, repairs, and servicing on various makes and models of vehicles
Perform MOT tests in compliance with DVSA guidelines, ensuring safety and roadworthiness standards are met
Utilise advanced diagnostic equipment to identify and resolve technical issues
Maintain high standards of workmanship and customer service
Complete all necessary documentation accurately and efficiently
Work collaboratively within the team to uphold the garages excellent reputation
Specification:
NVQ Level 3 in Vehicle Maintenance and Repair (or equivalent)
Valid MOT licence is desirable
Strong technical knowledge and problem-solving skills
Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality work
Team player with a proactive approach to learning and professional development
Ability to deliver outstanding customer service and work efficiently under pressure
