Responsibilities Develop and deliver engaging Business Studies lessons in accordance with the school's curriculum. Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback to facilitate continuous improvement. Create a positive classroom environment that promotes active learning and student engagement. Use a variety of instructional techniques and resources to cater to diverse learning styles and abilities. Collaborate with other teachers and staff to coordinate interdisciplinary activities and initiatives. Establish and maintain clear communication channels with students, parents, and colleagues. Plan and participate in extracurricular activities, such as club meetings and educational field trips. Requirements A Bachelor's degree in Business Studies or a related field. Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent certification. Proven experience teaching Business Studies at the primary or secondary level. Excellent knowledge of the Business Studies curriculum and relevant educational standards. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to motivate and inspire students to achieve their full potential. Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple responsibilities effectively.
