The Osteotec Spine Division is seeking a Territory Sales Manager to join their team in the West Midlands. Ideal locations include Birmingham, Leicester, Nottingham, and Derby.
Brief Description: The Territory Sales Manager is responsible for achieving sales targets within the designated territory, aligning with company objectives.
Under the guidance of the Sales Manager, the role encompasses all aspects of the sales cycle, including setting objectives, planning, executing activities, reviewing results, and adjusting strategies.
The successful candidate will expand Osteotec’s business by directly selling products to customers such as Spine Surgeons, clinical and non-clinical decision-makers, enhancing customer service, and supporting new customer acquisition through technical expertise within the territory.
Responsibilities include:
* Promoting, demonstrating, and selling spine products to NHS and private hospitals
* Achieving sales results aligned with monthly and annual targets and KPIs
* Selling and demonstrating medical equipment in theatre and clinical settings
* Conducting product trials and evaluations in clinical environments to drive sales
* Providing excellent customer service during all interactions, especially during customer acquisition
* Developing and implementing effective sales business plans independently
* Managing resources and materials, including consignment stock in hospitals
* Building and maintaining relationships with key customers and decision-makers, including surgeons and hospital staff
* Organizing and leading training workshops for surgical and theatre staff
* Reporting regularly to Sales Managers on sales activities and market insights
* Engaging with key opinion leaders in the territory
* Ensuring all business activities comply with ethical and legal standards
* Liaising with other company departments to meet sales objectives
* Spending approximately 80% of time in theatre environments
* Performing other relevant duties as assigned
