Our clients are a trusted supplier of quality used plant and construction machinery, operating across the UK and internationally, and are currently looking for a part time Office Administrator (Monday and Friday) to support the daily running of their busy business.
This is a varied administrative role covering logistics, finance, maintenance coordination, compliance, and general office support. The ideal candidate will be hands-on, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities across departments.
This role is to work 2 days per week – Monday and Friday 8.00 am – 5.00 pm, however you may be required to work one additional weekday per month.
To be considered for this role:
Previous experience in an office or operations admin role
Strong organisational and multitasking skills with good attention to detail
Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic digital admin tools
Confident communicator across phone, email, and in person
Reliable, self-motivated, and able to prioritise workload
Basic understanding of industry is advantageous
Strong and confident personality
