You'll be joining an environment where safety assurance, contractor engagement and CDM compliance are central to delivering work safely-alongside regular reporting cycles and engagement with senior stakeholders.About you - Essential To be successful in this role, you'll have:NEBOSH National Diploma (or equivalent) or NEBOSH Construction Certificate (minimum)Strong working knowledge of Health & Safety legislation with practical experience applying CDMProven experience in a Health & Safety role across construction, property or facilities management environmentsExperience conducting site inspections, audits and risk assessmentsAbility to review RAMS / construction phase planning documentation and support contractor assuranceExperience investigating incidents/near misses, identifying root causes and driving corrective actionsNice to have skillsMembership of a recognised professional body (e.g. IOSH), ideally working towards or holding Chartered statusTrained Accident Investigator qualificationPreferred education and experienceDegree or equivalent qualification in a relevant discipline (desirable)Background in Health & Safety across construction/maintenance environments, particularly where CDM aligned activity is involvedOther requirementsHybrid role based in Belfast (expect 2-3 days per week in the office)Ability to travel between sites as required for multi-site assurance activityWill be required to complete a Counter Terrorism checkBe the person who turns safety requirements into safer delivery-apply now and take the next step with a role that rewards professionalism, clarity and genuine influence on site.For further information on this job, apply via the link or contact the VANRATH office for a confidential chat today.Follow VANRATH on LinkedIn for expert career advice, the latest jobs, industry news and much moreBenefits:Work From Home +5% BonusWHJS1_NI
