Role: Senior Financial Accountant
Salary: £70,000 - £75,000 plus bonus
A large Real Estate Investment Manager are looking to hire into their London Finance team with a focus on Financial Reporting and Management Information packs along with other projects.
This opportunity enables clear growth and progression within the business as there is a well-trodden path of people joining at this level and moving up.
They are looking for someone with between 2-4 years post qualification experience and ideally Real Estate sector experience.
Key Responsibilities include:
* Preparation of Financial Statements (IFRS)
* Liaise with the auditors as the main point of contact ensuring audit deliverables are met
* Work with tax advisors on VAT and tax compliance dealing with requests and ensuring the preparation and submission of returns
* Prepare quarterly management accounts and Board reporting
* Monitor cash payments made by administrators and prepare cash flow forecasts
* Improve processes to streamline reporting and ensure deadlines are met
