Summary of the Call Centre Manager role Salary: £28,000 Location: Dudley Type of Contract: Permanent Hours: Monday – Friday 8am-5pm Responsibilities of the Call Centre Manager Answer incoming call from customers to all depot numbers Responding to emails and requests from customers Send customer acknowledgement emails Chasing up enquiries Recording details in calendar and ensure is kept up to date Send weekly reports of equipment hire Requirements for a successful Call Centre Manager Experience of the tool or plant hire industry Experience of call centre or trade counter enquiry handling.
