The successful candidate will be an important part of a busy administration Team so they must enjoy working with people and have great communication skills. They will need to have a flexible approach to work and be able to demonstrate good team working. Qualifications Essential 5 GCSE's at level A-C or 9-4 (including Maths, English). Key skills in literacy and numeracy Level 2or O Level / GCSE in Maths and English grade C or above or willingness to work towards within an agreed timescale Desirable Diploma/NVQ Level 2 in Business Administration or Customer Service AS/A Levels. Knowledge Essential Some knowledge of secretarial and administrative procedures and the ability to undertake associated tasks ensuring adherence to defined procedures and guidelines. Some knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel and Outlook). Skills Essential Very Good communication skills Ability to listen actively Ability to form good working relationships Ability to show empathy Ability to assess risk to self and/ or others at the basic level and respond adequately and promptly to potential risk
