Job Description
3. Processing invoices and ensuring timely payments to vendors.
4. Reconciliation of bank statements and financial records.
5. Maintaining accurate records of financial transactions.
6. Assisting in the preparation of monthly and annual financial reports.
7. Supporting payroll operations and resolving discrepancies.
8. Monitoring accounts receivable and following up on outstanding invoices.
9. Providing administrative support to the Accounting & Finance department.
10. Collaborating with team members to improve financial processes.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Finance Assistant should have:
11. A solid understanding of financial principles and accounting practices.
12. Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office tools, particularly Excel.
13. Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
14. The ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
