We are looking for a Scheduler who wants to work in a diverse role where no two days are the same.
The Scheduler, will be responsible for:
* Coordinate engineer schedules and ensure timely task completion with a focus on customer satisfaction
* Manage operative diaries, engineer reports, materials procurement, and client callouts
* Collaborate with operations teams to develop and evaluate work plans
* Track outstanding tasks, resolve engineer queries, maintain accurate data, and support continuous improvement
To be successful for this Scheduler role you must have:
* Minimum 1 year in a similar role and ready to hit the ground running (essential)
* Alternatively, extensive experience in scheduling or engineering support roles is welcome
* Strong communication, organisation, and multitasking skills
* Background in helpdesk or operational environments preferred
