4. Support the month-end and year-end close processes.
5. Reconcile accounts and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.
6. Monitor budgets and report on variances as required.
7. Assist with financial forecasting and planning activities.
8. Collaborate with team members to ensure compliance with financial regulations.
9. Maintain accurate and organised financial records.
10. Contribute to process improvements within the accounting functions.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Assistant Accountant should have:
