Responsibilities:
* Invoice daily sales orders on accounts system
* Process service orders on accounts system
* To receive and process all invoices, expense forms and requests for payment.
* Verify calculations and input codes into the accounts system in an accurate manner.
* To deal with bank transactions and ensure that reconciliations are completed
* in a timely manner.
* To ensure all filing is done in a timely and accurate manner.
* Order and maintain control of stock.
* Credit Control.
* Other reasonable tasks as requested by Accounts Manager
Outline of skills required:
* Use of accounts software.
* Use of CRM software
* Strong Microsoft & excel skills.
* Good organisational and administrative skills.
* Excellent attention to detail.
* Good telephone skills.
