The Role: As a Trainee Delivery Consultant, you'll be fully supported and trained as you learn the ropes of recruitment, focusing on placing candidates within the industrial and logistics sectors.
What youll be doing:
Learning how to source and engage top-quality candidates
Conducting candidate interviews and matching them to the right roles
Supporting senior consultants with client requirements
Gaining insight into how we build and manage client relationships
Keeping up with industry trends and recruitment best practices
Working towards targets and developing your confidence and skills
What Were Looking For: No recruitment experience needed we provide full training!
Great communication skills and a confident personality
A proactive attitude and eagerness to learn
Strong organisation and time management
Ability to commute to our Leeds office daily (a driving license is a bonus but not essential)
Flexibility and a sense of humour definitely help too!
