Description The L&D Advisor will:* Design and deliver training, working closely with the Learning Business Partner to identify trends and key areas of focus, aligning to people strategy, making suggestions and be creative when delivering training.- Support managers with training, empowering them for self-service- Work with outsourced providers on key mandatory training required.* Support the rollout of training aligned with regulatory standards like the 2024 Consumer Standards and 2025 Competence and Conduct Standard.* Coordinate training activities and maintaining accurate records to ensure compliance.* Support digital learning systems, troubleshooting queries, and ensuring accessibility of content.* Acting as a key point of contact for training-related queries from managers and colleagues. Profile The L&D Advisor should be:* Experienced in delivering training and confident to be creative with new ideas on design and delivery.* Knowledgeable about training requirements in regulated environments (housing or care) - ideal but not essential.* Confident presenting to varied audiences, both face-to-face and virtually.* Organised, tech-savvy, and able to manage multiple training schedules and records.* A strong communicator, able to build trust with stakeholders at all levels.
