You will manage your own residential conveyancing caseload; handling matters from instruction through to completion. Working closely with clients, agents, and colleagues, you will deliver clear, practical advice while maintaining high professional standards in a collaborative office environment.
Your day-to-day will include:
* Managing a varied caseload of residential conveyancing matters including freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
* Handling files independently while ensuring compliance with all regulatory and firm procedures
* Liaising with clients, estate agents, lenders, and solicitors to progress transactions efficiently
* Contributing to business development activities and maintaining strong client relationships
We're Looking For
* 5PQE+ in residential conveyancing or residential property law
* Strong technical knowledge across all aspects of conveyancing transactions
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* A proactive, team-focused approach with the ability to work under minimal supervision
* Qualified Residential Conveyancer, Solicitor, Legal Executive, or equivalent experience
