What you'll need to succeed You’ll be a qualified finance professional (ACA/ACCA/CIMA/CIPFA) with proven leadership experience and a strong background in Social Housing. Expertise in financial modelling, investment appraisal, and long-term planning software (e.g. BRIXX) is essential, along with the ability to influence and communicate across all levels.
