This is a varied and fast-paced role, offering the chance to work across multiple departments. You’ll be at the heart the operations—supporting senior leaders, welcoming customers, and keeping everything running smoothly behind the scenes.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Be the friendly first point of contact for customers and suppliers.
Answer incoming calls professionally and direct them as needed.
Provide a warm, efficient front-of-house reception service.
Assist Directors and Senior Management with correspondence, typing, and daily tasks.
Manage phone, email, and postal communications.
Support the Sales, Aftersales, and Service teams with admin duties including data entry, packing orders, and booking deliveries.
Provide administrative support to the HR team when needed
Handle sensitive information with complete discretion and professionalism.

Working Hours:
Monday – Thursday: 9:00am – 5:00pm
Friday: 9:00am – 3:00pm (early finish!)
