As a Scheduler, you will be expected to:
Maximise operative productivity within the Repairs & Maintenance team by efficiently managing and monitoring diaries, scheduling appointments across multiple work streams, and ensuring all jobs are closed correctly. Key duties include calling customers to confirm attendance, responding to emergency jobs within target times, rescheduling where necessary, and maintaining real-time oversight of dashboards to manage delays and no-access issues.
