I’m partnered with a fast-growing AI startup building a platform that transforms how sales teams work. Founded by engineers from Google DeepMind and Apple, the team is developing cutting-edge technology that captures, analyses, and acts on every sales interaction.
Using Generative AI and conversational intelligence, the platform turns unstructured customer conversations into structured insights that help revenue teams understand deals, improve performance, and make better decisions.
Following a recent Series A funding round, the company is expanding and looking for a Customer Engineer to join the team!
What you’ll work on
* Acting as the technical bridge between engineering, product, and customers
* Supporting customers through implementation, troubleshooting, and technical onboarding
* Investigating and debugging real-world production issues across the platform
* Writing code and building solutions to solve customer problems end-to-end
* Helping customers unlock the full value of the platform by solving complex technical challenges
What we’re looking for
* Strong engineering fundamentals with experience in Python-based systems
* Comfortable working directly with customers in technical environments
* Experience debugging production systems and solving real-world problems end-to-end
* Ability to move between engineering, troubleshooting, and customer collaboration
* Someone who enjoys ownership, autonomy, and working in a fast-paced startup environment
