Job Title: Yard Hand – 2 Week Temporary Role (Potential for Permanent)
Salary: £25,500 Basic + Overtime Available
Location: Portishead
Hours: 40 hours per week + overtime | Monday to Friday | Immediate Start Available
Are you hands-on, reliable, and ready to get stuck in? We’re looking for a Yard Hand to join our team on a 2-week temporary basis, with the possibility of a permanent role for the right person.
This is a great opportunity if you enjoy practical, physical work in an outdoor environment and are keen to work with machinery and equipment.
What you’ll be doing:
Assisting in the yard with day-to-day operations
Loading and unloading equipment
Jet washing and cleaning machinery
Supporting basic servicing and repairs
Checking machinery for any signs of damage
Keeping the yard clean, tidy, and well-organised
What we’re looking for:
Experience working in a construction or similar hands-on environment
A driving licence would be an advantage
