Kingdom Systems is a leading provider of temporary CCTV and Permanent Fire, Security and life safety systems.
Kingdom Systems, Fire & Security have an excellent opportunity for a Business Development Manager, Temporary CCTV Systems to join our established and successful team.
Location: Hybrid with 3 days at HQ Newton-Le-willows (National contract coverage)
When: We’re looking to get the right person in to the team ASAP!
Salary: £45,000.00 - £50,000.00 per annum + Commission
Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday 09.00am - 17:30pm or to suit the needs of the business.

What The Role Is
Below is not an exhaustive list and any other reasonable and fair role relevant tasks may be added.
* Execute a targeted sales plan to drive personal revenue, margin, and market growth
* Take full ownership of your sales targets and use pricing tools to shape profitable deals
* Manage the full sales cycle and work closely with Bid, Ops, and Commercial teams to win contracts
* Proactively hunt new business and maximise cross-sell and upsell opportunities across Kingdom’s services
* Represent Kingdom’s brand, values, and credibility in all client interactions and presentations
* Leverage CRM, market intelligence, and customer feedback to continuously refine your sales approach
Requirements
Experience
* A proven sales performer from the Systems & Maintenance sector (Security & Fire) with a track record of closing high-value contra
* Technically minded to survey, design and provide quoted solutions to meet customer requirements. Hands-on operator who combines strategic thinking with on-the-ground execution.
* Hands-on operator who combines strategic thinking with on-the-ground execution.
* Natural leader who drives performance, leads with purpose, and gets the best from others (formally or informally).
* Strong commercial thinker—confident with pricing, margins, and value-based selling.
* Digitally capable and CRM-savvy (HubSpot experience preferred); fluent with sales technology and tools.
* Credible communicator and confident closer—comfortable with clients, senior stakeholders, and delivery teams.
* Brings tenacity, resilience, and hunger to consistently pursue and convert new business
Professional Qualifications & Licenses (holding or working towards a distinct advantage)
* A driving license holder.
* A full five-year checkable employment history including a minimum of 2 work references, a personal credit check, right of work compliance.
* Other appropriate qualifications.
The successful applicant will match the below skill set
* 5+ years in B2B sales within B2B sales; ideally in Fire & Security Systems
* Consistent track record of exceeding personal sales targets
* Skilled at managing the full sales cycle—from lead generation through to contract close
* Experience preparing and contributing to tenders and solution-based proposals
* Strong commercial awareness with confidence in negotiating pricing and protecting margins
* Comfortable managing a personal pipeline with multiple complex opportunities across verticals
