Our client has an exciting opportunity for a Contentious Probate & Commercial Litigator to work alongside four experienced partners, who have a breadth of expertise that covers even the most complicated disputes. The successful candidate will be delivering high quality legal services and working alongside an experienced litigator and will be primarily involved in handling Contentious Probate and Trust claims and Trust of Land Act claims, as well as other commercial disputes. The role will present an opportunity of career progression as the Firm is looking to grow this area of the practice. The successful candidate will be able to conduct their own case load whilst assisting other partners in providing advice and proactive service to the firm’s clients. As an excellent communicator you will excel at building strong working relationships with colleagues and other external stakeholders to ensure the service provided is delivered in a timely fashion, managing costs and clients’ expectations.
