Focused primarily upon identifying and nurturing collaborative Distribution Agreements that are mutually beneficial for both parties.Key to the long-term health of our brands will be to gain further Visibility for our brands within key International Markets. But, equally, educating both the trade and consumers about the individuality of Single Cask Single Malt whiskies and the impact on the Sensory Tasting Profile.This role will be fundamental in realising our ambition to become the go-to distillery for unique Single Cask whiskies.Who are we looking for?To be successful, you’ll need to be comfortable in building & implementing ambitious commercials plans and delivering them as part of a small team.The ideal candidate will have:3+ years’ experience in an trade distribution role.Experience in partnering with distribution partners in the BWS category, with a proven record of growing long-term business.An ability to win and nurture new business with distributors.Commercially aware, with formidable selling and negotiation skills.Results driven - Deliver ambitious growth plans with all stakeholders.A passion for Single Malt whisky, premium spirits, and luxury brands.Excellent attention to detail and be extremely well-organised.Somebody with initiative, that is able to self-motivate.Enjoys a challenge within a fast-paced environment.Good communication skills for building relationships both internally and externally.Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
