What you will do as Senior Polymer Technologist
* Lead polymer formulation and development projects.
* Formulate effective compound solutions versus specific customer and market needs
* Support scale-up, quality control, and commercialization.
* Provide technical service to customers and internal teams.
* Conduct trials, evaluations, and troubleshooting.
* Maintain accurate formulations and documentation.
* Research and implement new technologies.
* Represent the company at industry events.
What you will bring as Senior Polymer Technologist
* Degree in Polymer Chemistry/Technology/Engineering or related field
* Proven industry experience with a demonstrable background working with polymer compositions
* Strong track record in polymer formulation and problem-solving.
* Confident communicator with proven project leadership.
* Proven ability to operate typical polymer testing and analytical apparatus and interpret results
