The Cardiff and Vale People & Culture Directorate is transforming the way in which we provide our people services (HR) to ensure that our focus is on the delivery of a positive employee experience for all our people with every interaction. The post holder will support the Head of People Services in delivery of a comprehensive range of workforce and organisational development and human resources activities throughout the Clinical Boards. This will include the actions to increase engagement of the workforce, the facilitation of workforce redesign and new ways of working, management of operational HR issues; performance management and monitoring of workforce KPIs, embedding good people management practices and developing and raising managerial and team capabilities.
The post holder will be proactive and will have a person-centred approach in all that they do.
The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; Welsh and/or English speakers are equally welcome to apply.
