We’re on the lookout for a Business Support Officer to join our dedicated team and support the delivery of high-quality care through efficient administrative and financial operations.
What You'll Do:
* Deliver administrative and financial support to ensure smooth day-to-day operations
* Be the warm welcome all visitors receive, and residents look forward to
* Maintain and audit internal systems
* Work collaboratively with colleagues to support admitting new residents, staff onboarding, and compliance
* Help safeguard the wellbeing of Park View's residents through your contributions to back-office and front-of-house excellence
* Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations
What You Bring:
* Experience in a similar administrative role
* Strong IT, communication, and problem-solving skills
* Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
* A proactive, values-driven mindset with a commitment to continuous improvement
* Knowledge of social care, or experience within a care setting (desirable but not essential)
