About the Role:
The successful candidate will provide expert HR support and advice across a broad range of employee relations issues, ensuring compliance with employment legislation. You will be a key point of contact for managers and senior leaders, helping to drive HR initiatives that support both people and business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver practical and compliant HR advice to the senior leadership team and managers.
* Support recruitment, onboarding, performance management, absence, and disciplinary processes.
* Ensure HR policies and procedures are implemented consistently and effectively.
* Maintain accurate employee records and HR systems with discretion and confidentiality.
* Keep the business up to date with relevant employment law changes.
* Promote positive employee engagement and a supportive workplace culture.
Candidate Requirements:
1. Previous experience in an HR advisory role, ideally within a manufacturing or operational environment.
