If so, this could be the ideal next step for you. We’re hiring an Office Administrator on behalf of a successful, well-established business operating within the agricultural sector. The company is located in the rural outskirts of Bicester (OX9 area), and due to the nature of the location, your own transport will be essential. What you’ll be doing: - Providing proactive PA support to the company owner, including email management and handling travel expenses. - Processing job tickets, matching batch numbers to invoices, and assisting with invoice preparation and reconciliation. - Using SAGE for daily financial tasks, including bank reconciliations and maintaining accurate records. - Answering incoming calls, managing emails, and supporting general office administration. - Ensuring the smooth running of day-to-day operations in a fast-paced, reactive business environment. Who we’re looking for: - You’ll have strong administrative experience with exposure to PA and accounts assistant duties. - Solid working knowledge of SAGE is essential. - You’ll be confident juggling multiple responsibilities and responding to changing priorities. - Previous experience within the agricultural industry would be advantageous but is not essential. - You’ll need your own transport due to the rural office location. Salary, hours & flexibility: - Base salary around £32,000 per annum, negotiable depending on experience. - Flexible working hours available – ideally 4–5 days per week, 09:00–16:30/17:00, or school hours by agreement.
