About the Role
* We seek an experienced Europe HR Leader reporting to the CHRO in Turkey, responsible for HR processes in England, France, and Germany offices.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead recruitment and selection processes, ensuring compliance with local laws and company culture.
* Supervise onboarding, including offer documentation, orientation, and integration.
* Manage employment contracts in line with local labor regulations and maintain employee records.
* Serve as liaison with public and government offices for HR matters in England, France, and Germany.
* Coordinate with payroll providers for salary processing.
* Maintain records of leaves, benefits, and employee changes.
* Oversee exit processes, including offboarding and final settlements.
* Manage disciplinary actions and internal investigations.
* Enhance employee engagement in each office.
* Promote participation in Korozo Academy and training programs.
* Coordinate office activities and operations.
* Work with IT and Facilities teams on infrastructure.
* Monitor invoicing and expenses related to HR and administration.
* Address nonconformities from audits or customer reviews.
Qualifications & Experience
* Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, Economics, Sociology, Psychology, or related fields.
* Experience in HR functions.
* Knowledge of laws in England, France, and Germany.
* Fluent in English; other languages are a plus.
* Strong analytical, problem-solving, and results-oriented skills.
* Proficiency in MS Office.
* Excellent communication and engagement skills.
