A leading Top 100 law firm is looking for an Employment Partner to join their market leading team, dealing with mainly respondent work. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 10 years' PQE with a solid background.

Responsibilities:
* Provide legal advice and support to clients on a wide range of employment law matters, including:
* TUPE
* Discrimination
* Redundancy
* Disciplinary and grievance procedures
* Employment contracts
* Represent clients in employment tribunals and other legal proceedings
* Build and maintain relationships with clients
* Help develop and grow the employment team
* Manage and supervise junior lawyers
Qualifications:
* Qualified as a Solicitor in England & Wales
* At least 8 years' PQE in a top law firm
