Our busy Sales and Distribution client are currently seeking a Sales Administrator to join a busy and growing team within a fast-paced office environment. This is a varied and hands-on role where you will play an important part in ensuring customers receive an excellent service while supporting the smooth day-to-day running of the business. The role involves a mix of order processing, customer support, and general administration, making it ideal for someone who enjoys working in a dynamic environment and being part of a collaborative team. Key Responsibilities Picking and packing customer orders accurately and efficiently Handling customer enquiries and orders via telephone and email Inputting orders onto the stock management system with a high level of accuracy Invoicing orders and processing customer payments Supporting day-to-day administrative tasks to maintain office efficiency Providing general administrative support to the wider team Building strong relationships with customers by making calls and managing customer accounts to support sales growth Skills & Experience The ideal candidate will have: The ability to work well under pressure in a fast-moving environment Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal The ability to work effectively as part of a team and build positive working relationships Previous experience in administration, office support, or a customer-facing role would be beneficial, however a positive attitude and willingness to learn are equally important.
