Please note this is a permanent position Working hours: 40 hours per week Interview Date: To be confirmed Job Summary: Harriet Gardens is a supported accommodation service supporting individuals aged 16 in South Lanarkshire who are at risk of, experiencing, or have experienced homelessness. The service offers flexible, trauma-informed support tailored to each person’s needs, helping them achieve settled and sustainable housing. The Service is based in Rutherglen, it is designed to be accessible, responsive, and consists of 15 modular single units, a Hub space to engage in activities and a pathway to engage alongside the local community. We are looking to recruit an enthusiastic, compassionate and motivated individual to take on this Programme Manager role. Key Responsibilities: This role is central to achieving positive outcomes for our clients by delivering Support at Harriet Gardens. You will be responsible for the day-to-day delivery of support, managing a caseload of clients with the overall goal of supporting them to access settled and sustainable housing. The role of the Programme Manager is central to achieving positive outcomes for our vulnerable clients and has operational responsibility for the team and programme within the service. As part of the management team, producing a high quality and cost-effective service, deputising for the Contract Manager when required. You will monitor service delivery in line with contractual and organisation requirements. The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate: Ensure a high-quality support programme is delivered which emphasises client choice and control and meets the needs of clients and funding bodies in terms of positive outcomes Ensure effective case management through case allocation, the accurate and timely maintenance of client records/databases, multi-agency working, file and case reviews and reflective practice Co-ordinate an innovative, high quality support programme to achieve positive outcomes for clients emphasising client choice and control Effectively manage a team of support staff in line with Salvation Army policies, including managing performance against organisational and contractual KPIs Role model the core values of the Salvation Army to ensure positive relationships across the service and an environment which fosters wellbeing Liaise with external agencies and internal stakeholders to establish a network of support contractual requirements, and represent the Salvation Army at local events as required In order to complete your application please download and read the job profile and any other attachments.
