Job Title: Marketing Manager - AVP


Location: London OR Northampton OR Birmingham OR Glasgow (3 days per week onsite)

Length: 6 months

PAYE only


Overall purpose of the role

Are you a data-driven strategist with a passion for B2B growth? We are looking for a Growth Marketing Manager to spearhead high-scale marketing initiatives within our Business Banking sector.

In this role, you will lead the charge in driving commercial channels, managing multi-million-pound budgets, and orchestrating complex, multi-channel integrations. You will be the bridge between data-driven insight and creative execution, leveraging AI and emerging platforms to acquire and retain business customers at scale.


Key Accountabilities:

* Strategic Campaign Leadership: Develop and implement end-to-end marketing strategies for Business Banking products, ensuring alignment with overarching brand and business objectives.

* Multi-Channel Orchestration: Lead large-scale, sequenced campaigns across Paid Media (Search, Social, Programmatic), Email, and Direct Mail (DM) to drive open-market acquisition and lifecycle management.

* Budget & ROI Management: Confidently manage multi-million-pound budgets, optimizing resource allocation to maximize ROI and business growth.

* Stakeholder & Agency Management: Act as the primary lead for internal stakeholders and external creative/media agencies to ensure seamless campaign delivery.

* Performance Reporting: Utilize data analytics to monitor performance, providing clear, high-level reporting that turns complex metrics into actionable commercial insights.

* Innovation: Experiment with Generative AI and marketing automation to optimize creative development and targeting precision.

Key Skills:

* B2B Expertise: Significant experience in B2B marketing, ideally within Financial Services or Business Banking, managing large-scale, integrated campaigns.

* Commercial Acumen: A "big picture" thinker who is inquisitive and data-driven, with a proven track record of driving commercial channel performance.

* Channel Mastery: Deep technical knowledge of paid media channels (social/search) and internal direct channels (email/web/app).

* Leadership & Influence: Strong experience in stakeholder management within a matrix organization, with the ability to build and present compelling business cases.

* Strategic Execution: Comfortable navigating highly regulated environments while pushing the boundaries of digital and technology innovation.
