VIQU have partnered with an IT solutions provider who specialise in IT infrastructure, managed services, consultancy, software solutions and cybersecurity. They cater to a wide variety of industries, offering services to meet client requirements and enhance efficiency, reduce costs and leverage technology.
They are seeking a Field Service Engineer to provide first and second-line technical support and maintenance on-site for their clients across London.
Essential Requirements of the Field Service Engineer:
* 3+ years in an IT support role with robust 2nd line support capabilities, including diagnosing and resolving issues on both Microsoft and Mac operating systems.
* Proficient in Microsoft Server operating systems and associated technologies such as Windows Server, Windows Desktop, Office 365, and Active Directory, including implementation and administration of AD, GPO, and RDS.
* Knowledgeable about cloud services, including Azure, Exchange, SharePoint, OneDrive
* Experience with Intune and implementing IT solutions, along with basic networking knowledge and an understanding of Switches, Firewalls, TCP/IP, and routing.
* Excellent communication abilities.
* Hold a full UK driving license with access to personal transportation.
