About the role
As an Administrator, you will be part of our Delivery Team, responsible for supporting the delivery of all on-site works, with a primary focus on raising purchase orders, invoicing works and collecting data. You will assist the delivery team in all aspects of their duties to ensure we provide a professional and efficient service to our client.
You will report to the Operations Manager and Directors within Trenchless Technologies, and you must be confident managing a busy workload using your own initiative with a flexible approach to your working day.
This is a full-time, permanent role based at our Leicester office.
As a Project Administrator you will
Manage workforce and site administration including timesheets, PPE allocation, scheduling, job closure and maintaining accurate records in systems such as Ipsum Live.
Request purchase orders, monitor safety kits for compliance and carry out general administrative duties.
Oversee the training matrix, book training courses, manage quality assurance packs for relining works and track all required documentation.
Report drivers’ hours, coordinate fleet vehicle bookings and support project costing by maintaining accurate data records.
Gather client feedback, upload measures, build strong working relationships and resolve issues early to prevent escalation.
About you
Ideally, you will have experience in office-based, customer?focused roles. You will be confident using IT systems, including Microsoft Office. You will be organised, self?motivated, confident working with data, aware of Health and Safety requirements and able to provide a professional, flexible and customer-focused approach.
