Job Opportunity
Our Advanced Practitioners play a vital role in our services - you will support the development and enhancement of practice for frontline workers, including Recovery Workers, Volunteers and Recovery Champions, ensuring that the service meets the clinical governance requirements set out by the organisation, national guidance and regulating bodies. You’ll always be thinking ahead and identifying ways to improve systems, processes and resources and will work with our teams to develop skills and enhanced practice.
This is a frontline role at WithYou, where you will provide continuity of care through effective partnership working, care coordination, key work responsibilities, and intervention delivery. You will manage an active caseload, connecting quickly with clients and ensuring they’re always treated with respect and dignity.
This position is offered on a full time, fixed term basis, until March 2027. As an Advanced Practitioner, we offer a starting salary of £27,500, rising each year in line with our pay progression salary bands, to £32,000 per year. Essential Skills
We’re looking for a compassionate and motivated individual, with an exceptional ability to build meaningful relationships. You will have demonstrable experience working within the health, social care, criminal justice or other specialist setting, ideally with young people and a clear motivation for working in the drug and alcohol sector. A successful track record of providing efficient and reliable customer service is essential.
You will be highly organised, have excellent communication skills, and be able to manage your time effectively. You will work collaboratively as part of a team to ensure a high-quality service is maintained. Above all, we are looking for someone who is passionate about what we do and has a positive and engaging approach to our clients and key stakeholders.
