Role: Digital Content & Storytelling Specialist
The specialist will produce and manage high-quality content that communicates our work and insights across digital platforms, bridging data science and communication to showcase our data and products effectively.
Responsibilities:
1. Content Creation & Storytelling: Produce engaging content translating complex data into accessible narratives, develop various written materials, and create visual assets using tools like Canva.
2. Content Distribution: Manage content across channels, collaborate with marketing to identify opportunities, optimize content for each platform, and analyze performance through A/B testing.
3. Brand & Message Consistency: Maintain brand voice and visual identity, ensuring accuracy and relevance.
4. Collaboration & Internal Communication: Work with teams to extract insights, align content with campaigns, and contribute to content strategies.
5. Audience Engagement & Growth: Monitor trends, refine strategies, and explore new content formats to increase engagement.
6. SEO & Accessibility: Apply SEO best practices and ensure content meets accessibility standards.
Qualifications:
* Proven experience in content creation, storytelling, or digital marketing, preferably in data-driven environments.
* Strong writing, editorial, and data communication skills.
* Understanding of analytics, data science, and target markets like financial services and government.
* Experience managing social media channels and SEO.
* Skills in design and video editing, familiarity with tools like Canva, HubSpot, CMS, and data visualization tools.
* Excellent communication, relationship-building, and project management skills.
* Ability to work independently, handle multiple projects, and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
