We're partnering with a forward-thinking organisation to find a Business Analysts Team Leader to lead and grow a high-performing team responsible for delivering digital solutions that make a real difference.
The Role:
* As the Business Analysts Team Leader, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the strategy, processes, and outputs of the Business Analysis function.
* You will lead a dynamic team, ensuring successful delivery of projects that align with business goals, while also championing collaboration between stakeholders, internal teams, and external software development partners.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead, coach, and develop the Business Analysis team to achieve performance targets.
* Oversee the collection and analysis of business requirements for software and digital solutions.
* Drive the continuous improvement of product development processes and ensure timely, high-quality software releases.
* Collaborate with a wide range of stakeholders, both technical and non-technical, to develop strategic roadmaps.
* Ensure business analysis work aligns with industry regulations and evolving standards.
* Manage external supplier relationships, including key software development partners.
* Represent the organisation in industry forums and engage with regulatory and trade bodies.
* Support and refine internal software delivery processes for greater efficiency and scalability.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
* Proven experience in business analysis, software product delivery, or project management.
* Strong team leadership skills with a track record of developing high-performing teams.
* Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
* Analytical mindset with the ability to translate business needs into clear technical requirements.
Preferred Qualifications & Skills:
* Previous experience in a similar leadership role within digital or IT environments.
* Degree educated, ideally in a relevant field (e.g., IT, Business, Engineering).
* Project Management qualification or equivalent experience.
* Skilled in using modern business analysis tools and methodologies.
