The role
Salary: £48,000 - 58,000 per year Requirements: We have proven experience in product management within agile, product-led environments. We have a strong track record of developing and delivering product roadmaps and strategy. We have experience working with cross-functional IT, data and delivery teams. We can influence and engage a wide range of stakeholders. We have a data-driven, user-focused mindset with a passion for continuous improvement. We have experience delivering value iteratively in complex organisations. Knowledge of data strategy and/or emerging technologies such as Generative AI is highly desirable. Responsibilities: We take ownership of product strategy and delivery. We define and execute product roadmaps that improve how data is classified, managed and utilised across the organisation. We work closely with senior stakeholders, cross-functional teams and technical specialists. We deliver innovative, user-focused digital services, including analytics and AI-enabled capabilities. We champion user experience and drive continuous improvement. We ensure value is delivered at pace within a complex, large-scale environment.
