We’re recruiting Class 2 HGV drivers to carry out trunking and store delivery work from our Avonmouth depot.
Hours: Start time between 00.30am and 03:30am
Shifts: Average 4 days over 7 with a good mix of weekends on/off.
This role will involve a mixture of trunk runs between depots and RDCs, along with some store deliveries where required. You’ll be working with bakery products in a professional, safety-focused environment.
What You’ll Be Doing
* Driving a Class 2 (Cat C) vehicle on planned routes
* Completing trunking runs and occasional store deliveries
* Ensuring loads are secure and transported safely
* Using tail lifts and cages where required
* Completing vehicle checks and all relevant paperwork
* Working within drivers’ hours and tachograph regulations
What You Need
* Full UK Class 2 (Cat C) licence
* Valid CPC and Digital Tacho Card
* No more than 6 points (no DD/DR convictions)
* Previous Class 2 driving experience preferred
* A professional and reliable approach to work
