We have an opportunity to join one of Norfolk's Best Garden Centres.
Our ideal candidate for the Garden Centre Assistant role would be enthusiastic and self-motivated with excellent communication skills and focused on customer service and experience.
A retail background, customer service or sales with experience is preferred with immediate start preferable.
The role can be physically demanding. Within the role assisting our current delivery team on two person home deliveries of heavy items though out the year.
Our chosen candidate would be dynamic to their work approach and be able to assist seasonally with other departments throughout the centre, and preferable have an interest in gardening and working outdoors.
The current rota would include alternate weekends and bank holidays.
Duties to include,
* Shop floor sales and customer service.
* Merchandising.
* General housekeeping of the sales area.
* Operating the EPOS till system.
* Completing delivery notes.
* Assembly of furniture.
* Working on goods in and out.
* Assisting with two-person home deliveries.
* Working on other departments seasonally.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Up to £12.21 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
