Job Description What will you be doing? We are seeking an experienced and proactive Business and Finance Support Manager to lead our team responsible for the day-to-day business support and continuous improvement of our IRIS STAR Practice Management System (PMS). This role is pivotal in ensuring the system supports the firm’s operational efficiency, compliance and client service excellence. We welcome applications from candidates looking to work either 4 or 5 days per week. This role can be based at either a Salisbury, London or Birmingham office location. Key Responsibilities As a PMS Business and Finance Support Manager, your responsibilities will include: Managing a team of support professionals, acting as the key liaison with internal stakeholders, and driving initiatives to optimize system usage across the firm. You will: Lead, coach, and develop the Business Support Team to continue delivery of high-quality support and service Oversee the Business as Usual administration and performance of the Practice Management System Collaborate with stakeholders across departments to ensure the PMS aligns with business needs and strategic goals Conduct operational and financial reconciliations, data extracts and reporting Ensure data integrity, compliance and accurate reporting through effective governance and controls Oversee the design, delivery and maintenance of training programs for new and existing users to maximize system adoption and efficiency Identify and implement process improvements to streamline workflows and enhance user experience Act as the primary point of contact with the Practice Management System Technical Support Team Monitor KPIs and produce regular reports to inform decision-making and performance tracking
